How long does it take to process and ship out my order?

As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. Our team will pack the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

*During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfil the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 3 days to deliver.

When and how can I apply for a Return & refund?

If your order is still underΒ β€œTo Receive” tab, pleaseΒ proceed to request for return/refundΒ if you:

  1. DidΒ not receive the orderΒ 
  2. Received anΒ incomplete productΒ (missing quantity or accessories)
  3. Received theΒ wrong product(s)Β (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
